By using Bake Mercantile services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

SERVICES:

We provide custom baking services including cakes, breads, pastries, and catering. All orders are subject to availability and our production schedule.

ORDERING:

Custom orders require advance notice. Wedding cakes and large orders need at least 2 weeks notice. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

PAYMENT:

Payment is required at time of order for retail items. Custom orders require 50% deposit with balance due upon completion.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund. Custom orders may have different cancellation policies.

LIABILITY:

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered. We are not responsible for events affected by late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

ALLERGIES:

Please inform us of any food allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
